Welcome to Jamesway Construction Services owned by Jimi Way, operating throughout the greater Twin Cities area in Minnesota.
I specialize in custom historic renovations. I’ve worked on jobs as small as replacing those pocket doors you found in the basement after the previous owners finished their 1970′s “remuddle”. I’ve also been contractor on large jobs such as building a two-story addition that fits the home’s 1930′s architecture.
I have designers, plumbers, electricians, tilers, etc. to recommend for your project or I can use the people you have chosen. Whichever way you want to go, my highest priority is to make sure you get the remodel job you want, as green as you want, and with as little impact to your home and lifestyle as possible.

I charge per hour worked plus cost of materials. I don’t offer fixed bid work so that you only pay for the work actually performed.
After work, I enjoy hiking with my wife Kate, dog Abby, and cat Asia. (You can see a photo of Asia as a kitten by clicking on the photo pages above.) Our cat Velo prefers chasing mice on his own to walks with us — go figure~!
